Who's under the bonnet
Dean has over 25 years' experience as a mechanic — starting with his apprenticeship at Pedco Motors in Palmerston North on Jeep, Renault and Chrysler.
His passion for European vehicles led him to Hawke's Bay, where he joined Mercedes-Benz and worked there for over 10 years. During that time Dean received extensive manufacturing training, gained deep diagnostic expertise, and developed a strong understanding of modern vehicle technology.
In 2011 Dean achieved 2nd place in the Mercedes Technician of the Year — recognising his skill, precision, and dedication to his craft.
After leaving the dealership environment Dean broadened his experience working in independent workshops, developing a strong reputation for auto-electrical diagnostics, classic vehicles and performance modifications. Mossy Motors is the result.
